  1. Overview:
    Thank you for visiting Scriptovia.com (the “Web Site”) and reviewing our Privacy Policy. Your privacy is important to us, and our policy is simple. We will collect no personally identifiable information about you whenever you visit the Web Site unless you choose to provide that information. This Privacy Policy does not describe information collection practices on other sites, including those linked to or from the Web Site.

    Scriptovia.com is in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which became effective April 21, 2000. Consistent with the regulations and requirements of the Children's Online Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. sections 6501 - 6506 and 16 C.F.R.312.1-312.12, this site does not permit children under 13 years of age to become users.     The server on which the Web Site is located collects and saves personal information in our registration form. Examples of the additional information we may track include:

And in compliance with U.S. law, Scriptovia.com does not share information with any unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes unless you expressly ask us to do so. The information collected from Scriptovia.com is used internally for assisting in the demographic targeting of our content, so that we may deliver content relevant to the audience of the site. Additional uses of the information collected includes notification of contests and contest awards, eligibility determination and notification via email of new features, additions and offers available on or through the site. By accepting registration to the Scriptovia.com site, you agree to receive emails from the company from time to time. We do not send unsolicited email (Spam).     At any time, a parent may revoke consent to use the site or have their child's personal information deleted or verified. Please remember to provide the child's registered email address and password so that we may verify your information. We will notify you via email of the deletion of the information.

    This Privacy Policy constitutes a contract made under, and shall be governed and construed in accordance with, the law of the State of Washington by courts of competent jurisdiction in the County of King, Washington State.
